So… Here it is… our menu for next week!

Friday – Broccoli Pesto

Saturday – Grilled Chicken in Chipotle Sauce and Mexican Rice

Sunday – Corn and Potato Chowder

Monday – Potstickers and Spring Rolls

Tuesday – Enchiladas Verdes

Wednesday – Turkey Tortilla Wraps (because we bought turkey instead of chicken last week but never made them!)

Thursday – Well, I haven’t quite sorted Thursday out yet…
